At AMALFIE, we want you to receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia, using Australia Post. We may occasionally use other trusted delivery partners if it means a faster or more convenient delivery for you.

Flat rate shipping: $11.95 for orders under $100.00 (Metro + Regional only)

Regional Areas: 3–8 business days
Remote areas: Up to 10 business days

  • NEW ZEALAND Metro Areas: 4–7 business days. Flat rate shipping: $26.95 AUD
  • CANADA Metro Areas: 5–9 business days. Flat rate shipping: $42.95 AUD
  • US Metro Areas: 5–9 business days. Flat rate shipping: $42.95 AUD

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

DISPATCH TIMES All orders are shipped next business day unless on pre-order which will be stated on the individual product page. Orders placed before 12pm AEST dispatch the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will dispatch the following business day.

PRE-ORDERS If you’ve purchased an item marked as pre-order, your order will ship once stock arrives at our Queensland warehouse. Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product page.

SHIPPING ISSUES & RETURNS
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Once your parcel has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier. AMALFIE is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other delivery partners. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to support you.

My order is delayed, what should I do?
Once your parcel has been shipped, delivery is managed by Australia Post. AMALFIE is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other delivery partners. If your parcel hasn’t moved for several days, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post using your tracking number. You’re also welcome to email us at hello@amalfie.com.au and we’ll assist where possible.

My parcel is lost, what happens next?
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@amalfie.com.au. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post. If Australia Post confirms that your parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund (depending on stock availability), in line with Australian Consumer Law.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of:
the damaged item the packaging. Email: hello@amalfie.com.au. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.

My item is being returned to sender, what happens next?
If no one is available to sign for your parcel, Australia Post may leave a pickup card. If the parcel is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to us. Once we receive it back, we will contact you. Please note: re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
Please email us as soon as possible at hello@amalfie.com.au. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we can update the address for you. If the parcel has already shipped, we cannot change the address, and AMALFIE is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If the parcel is returned to sender, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Cancellation of orders
We understand mistakes happen. You may request a cancellation before your order is dispatched. Since we ship the next business day, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order to ensure we can catch it in time. To request a cancellation, email: hello@amalfiestore.com.au. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible to return it in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
