CHANGE OF MIND & INCORRECT SIZING
We accept returns and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection, provided that: 

  • Return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging included.
  • Items must not show signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • You can return your item with any carrier of your choice. Please note:
    We do not offer return labels, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund or exchange items lost in return transit.
  • If a return parcel is untracked and goes missing, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
  • Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item and process your exchange or refund accordingly.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

SALE ITEMS
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind.
Exchanges/refunds for sale items are only available if the product is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

My item is faulty, what do I do?
We’re so sorry this happened, let’s sort it out quickly. Email us at hello@amalfie.com.au and we will respond within 24 hours. Please include your order number and a clear photo or video of the fault. We’ll assess the issue and aim to deliver your preferred outcome as smoothly as possible.

WARRANTY
All AMALFIE products are covered by statutory consumer guarantees. We warrant that our products:

  • Are free from defects in materials and workmanship
  • Are of merchantable quality
  • Are fit for their intended purpose

Warranty period: All items are covered for 90 days (3 months) from the date of purchase.After 90 days, AMALFIE is not required to offer refunds or replacements unless the issue is covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by dogs chewing the item, damage caused by prolonged exposure to sea water (brass may naturally patina), general wear and tear.
